Catch Your Sub And Do The Right Thing

It is 10.40pm Nigerian time: have you had your bath today?

Or because you did not go anywhere, no need?

Raise those arms of yours, hair abi...you have not been shaving because you have not been going out right? Are you planning on contributing the hair  to paint brush manufacturers? Get a razor, cutlass, shaving stick or whatever will work for the bush and clear it off. The hair "down there" shave it too.

Your bedsheets!! This is the third week right? Now you know why you are breaking out... No need to talk too much on this one. Your towels, same one for 2 weeks...no need bathing really cos you just rub the germs back on your body.

Your feet...when you rub them on your sheets how do you feel? Like they can actually tear your bed sheet? See, get a bucket or a bowl in the morning. Boil some water, add apple cider vinegar and any essential oil.  Soak your feet for at least 45 minutes, get a pumice and scrape that thing on your heels off.

Those black boxers....do Not wear them again tomorrow please. It has been 3 days now. I won't even bring up the issue of the famous black bra because a lot of women have been going bra-less since lock-down.

When was the last time you got your heart racing , through exercise (get your dirty minds outta the gutter😐) Get a jump rope, we all know it is still risky going to the gym. Taking a walk might not be totally safe, we have read and heard about infected people spitting and coughing on others. The heart of men is desperately wicked.
Start with 50 jumps and you can gradually increase over time. If you start to pant too much and it seems your heart may pop out please stop.

If you don't know how to skip (apparently there are people who can't) dance. Play your favourite music and dance for at least 20 minutes. Keep your heart active.

Read that book, try that recipe, call that friend that has been on your mind. You know how you have been lying to yourself that you would have finished studying the bible, if not for Lagos traffic?  Yeah...have you read a chapter since stay at home? This is me, talking to me and I hope I will do better.

It is now 11.05pm Nigerian time, go and brush and shower. You will sleep better.

Love and light (when did I start saying this thing)

  2. Lol....

    Pls talk about bra o

i dont think some women know their breasts can sag and be like slippers at the end of this lockdown. Nothing makes breast lose elasticity (abi wetin) or firmness... like breasts dangling left and right and up and down. Please wear bra during the day

We should generally make it a duty to look good...bath, deodorise, let your all back hairstyle be neat, even if we arent going out. And not just some ugly caftan, or shapeless tank top on your hubby's boxers....
Look good. It makes you feel good

    Why am i ranting sef...?

    1. See, I can understand wearing a tank top and your husband's boxers. But please shower, save and smell good. Comb your hair, over all just look good.
And take care of the kids too..before your house start to scent like a farm yard.
